* We list your condo on our website free of charge. We are able to post an unlimited number of full color photos and an inviting narrative about your property.

* We have a large inventory of luxurious condos in the Tampa Bay area. While many are listed here on our web site, some owners prefer our private listing service. Please call us if you want something not listed on our website. We get new postings frequently.
* You pay nothing for our service, except a $50 fee for a background check.
